While I finish patching, could someone bind and blind the captive? wary eyes dart back and forth, from the clothing to everything else, and back. Feall, you ok? I was serious when I said we can pool our regenerative energies. Pok taps the spellbook a couple times, and smiles briefly. We've got to work quickly though, patrols generally check in at set intervals, this ones status will be found out soon.

It's nice to be in my element again, behind enemy lines, captives, disguises... Next we'll be hiding in the open! Everyone can see that Pok is in a better than normal mood, almost relaxed, as if that was something he could do. He flinches, What was that! AH! oh, squirrel... and returns to his work.

[sblock=OOC]Pok has comrades succor and has offered to run the ritual. For 10 gp, we can redistribute the HS of the group, losing one in the process (arcane law of thermodynamics or something I'm sure). Feall is safe to move again, and we don't lose the element of surprise that was fought so hard for.

Pok has used 1 surge also, just for accuracy.

So five minute rest, followed by five minute ritual, then into town?

Well now how are we supposed to know their route, their rank, I'll have you know Pok fumes, his little shaking hands being rather ineffective at their work, Uh! Arms crossed, the gnome stomps one foot, you're a spy! huffs the little gnome, quite, but vehement.

*Valahad, they killed everyone! Everyone! *
he mentally tattles, as if Valahad would resurrect one of the fallen patrol.

Feall continues efficiently stripping the bodies and donning their clothing. "Pok, I thank you for stepping in when you did. Your reappearance was timely, but now we need to move. You can have your rant when we've got a little more time and space to indulge you.

"If you can use your magic to restore us, and if everyone else agrees that we have the time, I'd suggest you do it quickly."

[sblock=OOC]Since Feall would benefit from the ritual but give nothing I'll leave it to the others to decide on that score. He'd at least have some healing, though still no dailies (other than his armor) and no AP.[/sblock]

You're a spy too. Pok harrumphs, looks at Feall, and seems to come to his senses, Fine. Placing his wand in a fold of his robes, Pok fully opens the spellbook, Who's participating?

They have open the hostilities... but why none survived? We have they killed them all? Are we just as them, for coming to their home, killing them? Do we have the right to answer the blood they have shed by shedding their blood? thinks River.

"We are stretching our resources. We can handle maybe one other fight like this one. If we enter their town, we might have difficulty to get out alive... but at the same time, if we wait, they might discover their missing patrol."

[SBLOCK=OOC]Ideally, I would like River to have 3 HS if he can. If he use Stream of Life, he might have to use both his Healing Word and maybe his second wind too on himself to make sure he doesn't get killed by the ongoing damage.

The other members of the group should at least have 2 HS (Second Wind, Healer's Mercy).[/SBLOCK]

"No, I'm angry. Every time we get near these Khyber scum, they are either attacking us unprovoked, or they are attacking someone else. From my perspective, the more of these little dirtbags that we kill, the less other innocent people will be harmed. Besides, Val or River might have insisted that we keep this trash alive and that's not going to happen." Sheeva's eyes glow red with her anger.

OOC: Just FYI, I thought it was smart to save one for questioning, but Sheeva runs on emotion, not logic.

Little feet barely made a sound as they scurried as fast as Pok's short legs would allow. His mind caught up shortly thereafter, Sorry Val, force of habit. Pok removed himself from behind the steel plate armor of Valahad, only enough so that he could look at Sheeva. ok.

[sblock=OOC]

Pok will give up 3 surges, 1 to start the ritual, 2 for Feall.

This would leave Pok with 2, and Feall with 2, unless someone else participates.

I'd like if River could get 1 surge to bring him up to 3, that would be good for everyone.
