You take it when your initiative comes up (you can't use delay or ready actions to avoid harmful effects) so you take 10 but (1d20=18) save against it (hope you're cool with me speeding it along) [/sblock]

My apologies for this fight being a bit boring, on the plus side, the DM is continuing to learn what not to use against the PCs. Apparently, a stealthy, invisible, teleporting (at-will) enemy that requires you to ready actions is less than ideal. Anyways, he's bloodied, so take him down

The group looks around, ready for the reappearance of the tiefling, blade ready for assault and spells on the tips of the casters lips, but after a few tense moments, the tiefling appears, stabbing at Valahad and Feall, but this time they dodge it. The blast of lightning from Sheeva is the only effect that the tiefling can't dodge.

Illumination:Dim light from stars - bright light within 20 squares of O14
Boulders: A DC 15 Athletics check allows a character to jump up on a boulder as part of a move. Otherwise, they are difficult terrain.
Boat: It takes a DC 10 Athletics check to jump from the shore; DC 5 to jump back. On a failed check, a PC makes the jump but falls prone.
Water: It's shallow enough here not to present a threat, but its difficult terrain
