What kind of cover/concealment is Pok looking at? Is there anyone Pok cannot see?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Pok has access to his daily, and has an action point.

Yes you have your daily and an AP.

Bow 1 has cover from the wall, you can't see the wand wielder, and bug 1 has cover from bug 2, bug 2 has cover from the doorway.

"Thanks River." Sheeva smiles.

"Fast little bunny rabbits, aren't they?"

[sblock=Actions]
- Move action: Shift 1 square E to P11
- Standard Action: Lightning Strike Bugbear 3 for 26 damage and sliding him to N9, 4 damage Hobgoblin Bowman 1 and sliding him to M6;
- Minor: Deep Shroud, every square around Sheeva is in heavy obscurement (i.e. total concealment), so the enemies are at -5 attacking in (-2 if adjacent), Sheeva is at -2 attacking out, and anyone else adjacent to Sheeva is -0 attacking out.

29 Natural 20 vs Reflex

5 critical damage plus 21 damage = 26

Note: I am having a bit of difficulty with understanding how order of actions and conditional type stuff works without initiative and without knowing what the PC before me in initiative has done. For example, without knowing initiative, how do I know that River or Pok doesn't move into the square that I am shifting into? They get to the square first due to initiative and that invalidates my original choice of actions. So in a game at the table, on my initiative, I would do some different set of actions. Here, I've already made one or more rolls, etc.

Note 2: Had to change my actions since I did not have weapons out. Doh!

- Move action: Shift 1 square E to P11
- Minor action: Pull out +2 dagger.
- Standard action: Lightning Strike Bugbear 3 for 25 damage (not 26) and sliding him to N9, 4 damage Hobgoblin Bowman 1 and sliding him to M6;

One point less of damage and the Deep Shroud did not occur.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Most likely, the initiative is pretty simple: First to post is first to act. It is how I DM actually in Stormcrow Tor in LEB. What I like with it, it is a turn can be done in less than 48h, making the game flow and not necesserly stall because someone cannot show for over a day when it is his time to post.[/SBLOCK]

[SBLOCK=OOC]Well in that case...[/SBLOCK]
"Val, get your butt back here NOW and hold the other side or Pok is going to be pin cushioned. Our tactical genius didn't take into account a two pronged attack when he called you to help him." shouts Sheeva.

Sorry KD. I know that these guys have been through 2 combats with me, but know you haven't. Yeah. I'll resolve actions in the order they're posted, then all the bad guys go together, then the PC's, etc. It's easier on me to only have to make 1 post/round of combat as it takes a bit of time to make those posts.

I also allow anyone to change actions before the round update occurs, so if say River decided based on Sheeva's and Lan's actions to change his that is fine until I post my update. I do my best to resolve actions in the spirit of the PC's post in the event their target is invalid. or I'll hold off on updating until I confirm with the player.

Valahad ignores the cry of the drow for now. The paladin sends a mental message to Lanharath, "Let's cut these down quickly, the others need help. Let's try and draw them inside so Pok can do his thing." The kalashtar draws his blade, and slashes at the bugbear in one motion. He finds his mark in it's hairy hide. The light of il-Yannah that it feels is only the beginning of it's pain. "You cannot fight us, with your deaths, the Age is closer to turning."

[sblock=OOC]No worries. I now know.[/sblock]

I may drop a Hypnotic Pattern at N9, could you slide Bow 1 to L7 instead of M6, as that will help Pok to target him greatly? Also can you slide Bug 3 to O8, as that would free up N9.

I'm posting now, so I'll put in a contingency if you have a plan for M6.

[sblock=Ignore me!]Quietly from beneath the table Pok draws his wand, feeling it focus his psychic powers, and the comfort it imparted. The gnome was at home, hidden from his enemies, it was the most at ease Pok had been since the trip started.

The doors burst in, as if in slow motion, Pok felt arcane energy bursting to get out. Exhilarated by the sudden flow of energy, the wizard began to cast simple illusions, until he saw two arrows suddenly protruding from Sheeva's chest. *Even if she is a spy, she's MY spy!* The trespassing bowmen would understand their mistake soon enough.

Pok channeled his mind through the wand, aiming toward the furthest hob, letting loose a channel of negative thought. *Kill yourself, Kill yourself, Kill yourself, Kill yourself...* Pok followed the audio illusion with images of each bowman talking to themselves, hundreds of themselves, all with the same message, all requiring suicide. To cap off the illusion Pok added the physical sensation of the bowmen's doubles dragging them toward a grave.

His energy reserves far from drained, and his anger no less abated by Rivers expert healing of Sheeva. Pok began to cast once again, as the two arrows clattered to the floor, having released themselves from Sheeva. A pyro-nymph emerged from the fire place and danced it's way to the side of the bugbear who had let in the bowmen. She called out too both the bowmen and the bugbear, songs of salvation, promises of happiness everlasting, if only they would dance with her...

The Sivis illusionist placed his free hand on the edge of the table, and attempted to tip the hiding place on it's edge, in order to create some cover. Pok heard Sheeva call out to Valahad, and cringed each time she used his name, *I knew I should have given the spy a fake name...*

Pok pulls his wand from his robes, he prepares himself against the immediate danger of the Bugbear. The gnome then causes the fire to dance alluringly.
