[sblock=Feall] I think you're confusing your at-will power's damages. Inescapable blade gives you reach +2 and ignores cover, full cover, and concealment, but only does 1[W] (2d4) damage. With Feall's Night Stalker training and his Ki-focus, you would get to add another +6 bonus to that damage. The damage you rolled in IC is 4d4 (no idea where this is coming from) + 11 (should only be +6). Only your Executioners' Noose power gets your Dex mod as a bonus to damage, but it's an implement power, and has a flat damage of 1d6. It's not based on your weapon. It seems like you may be mixing your damage up. So if you are using:

Inescapable Blade: 2d4+6 (Ki Focus+2/Night Stalker +4) damage (+2d6 w/ Assassin's shrouds).

Executioner's Noose: 1d6+11 (Ki Focus +2/Dex Bonus +5/Night Stalker +4) damage (+2d6 w/ Assassin's shrouds).

Valahad takes the blow of the club fully. Waiting for the shifter to speak his prayer, the paladin speaks to him. "Act now! Yell out for our allies to close. It is better if we are closer to each other." as his blade strikes the large foe.

"Great. Who isn't an enemy these days?" Sheeva murmurs.

A blast of Lightning flies out of her hand, but misses the tentacle creature that has Feall grabbed.

"Shoot." Sheeva says as she moves closer to help Feall.

[sblock=Actions]
Minor Action = Activate Stoneskin for 5 temporary hit points
Standard Action = Lightning Strike on Tentacle33, it it hits, slide it to I26 and do 4 damage to Tentacle69
Move Action = Move to J2 and Hide

12 to hit (14 if CA is still applicable), 19 damage vs Reflex

28 Hide

Sure, now she rolls a 20. ;)

Free from his bindings, Kortauhk walks out of the tent he was in, looking for his diminutive rescuer. Fully expecting another fight from the extra-dimensional creatures, he holds up his arms in defense while walking towards another tent.

Korthauk notices nothing inside this tent, besides a bedroll

[sblock=Tents] Was Kortauhk able to get inside the tent at J42 and take a look? I was a little confused on that one by your description. I just want to make sure that I'm not trying to go BACK into a tent I've already visited if there's no need ^_^ And granted that Kortauhk is pretty stupid... he's not THAT stupid LOL.[/sblock]

[sblock=Kalidrev/r1g]No confusion here. The power Feall used during the surprise round was Executioner's Noose. The power he used in Round 1 was not Inescapable Blade but Inescapable Shadow - an encounter power doing 2[W]+Dex damage, plus 2d6 for Shrouds, +4 because T33 is adjascent to none of its allies (Night Stalker Assassin). That same power also allows for Teleportation 5 just prior to the attack, meaning (I think) he Teleports and attacks, then has a Move action.

renau1g: Damage I stated previously should be correct for a hit. Shroud damage on a miss should (I think) still be +4 becaue of the Night Stalker quality.[/sblock]

[sblock=ooc] Ahh, my bad. I didn't catch that power on your sheet. Now all is clear ^_^ No wonder you wanted to know if you were marked by that creature, lol. [/sblock]

[SBLOCK=OOC]Sheeva is at J20, as stated in last KD message[/SBLOCK]

[sblock=OOC]I saw that - our posts crossed . . . unfortunately, not close enough for Feall to use his Shadow Step even if he could perceive her :.-([/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]Yeah, that extra +2 could be the difference between damage and wasting an encounter power . . . IC's not being kind to me right now.[/sblock]

[sblock=R1]Just wanted to note that the big guy should have -2 to his attacks as well(I hit him with enfeebling strike and he is marked). I didn't see it in his status and just wanted to make sure.[/sblock]

Glancing the items, and remembering Kortauhk's original plea, Pok exposed his hiding place, Kortauhk, I've found your equipment. A small head pops out of the tent and looks around before finding the Goliath's direction.
Kortauhk, hurry. Your equipment is here.

The gnome then moves quickly, exiting the tent, and working his way through the brush to close on the battle. His little hand darting into his robe, pulling the trusted wand that had helped to fell so many foes before.

[sblock=OOC]

double-move to P32 (stealth 12 :hmm:gotta love rolling 1's for stealth instead of combat)

Minor draw wand

[/sblock]

Kortauhk rushes over to the tent that Pok poked his head out of. Seeing his equipment, he rushed to get it all equipped so that he could help his rescuer defeat the creatures that had captured and beat him.

[sblock=Actions]
- Move: Move into the tent at M-39
- Minor: Grab armor.
- Minor (replacing Standard): sends armor to extra-dimensional location using at-will power of armor. [/sblock]
