Valahad speaks softly in the mind of Sheeva, almost so she thinks it's her own thoughts. "Once again we are assuming they have allies nearby, and they meant to find us. Perhaps they were travelling like we were, seeking shelter for the night, taking an appropriate form that they had encountered already."
"I think the Flamists are already dead. Of course, I don't know for sure, which is why we should continue on in the morning. Things don't look good now."
[sblock=OOC]Sorry, I didn't see that this message was to Sheeva. Note: Sheeva is telepathically talking back to Val here.[/sblock]
*Are you willing to take that chance Val? On an assumption? What would il-Yannah have you do? Search out foes, or wait for them to find you? If there are no enemies nearby, what does it hurt to look for them? If they are there, then how does it make sense to give them the advantage by waiting? Where is your strong sword arm in the dark? Pillowing your head as you sleep, or rooting out evil? I came here to help out the Flamists and I won't be stopped by the night or by those who truly do not want to help them. I see an opportunity to at least capture the Tiefling and possibly a chance to save the Flamists. I do not understand why Pok does not want to capture the Tiefling or help the Flamists. Or why he tries to spread fear and suspicion through our ranks. The dark of night is not your true enemy Val. Your true enemy is apathy and not doing what is right when it is needed. You can come root out the evil if it is nearby, or you can listen in the night while I fight and possibly die against the cultists alone. Your choice. Evil wins when good men fail to act. I already know what type of man Pok is. What type of man are you Val?*
