Ahsoka - SPOILERS

That's the great mystery isn't it. There's power force entities in canon and old EU. Lucas had the whills idea going on (recycled into mortis gods?).

Kinda hinted at the force created Anakin to deal with the Sith.
In response to Darth Plagueis creating life through the Dark Side, right? Something like that.

Other sources suggest the Sith created Anakin to exploit an old Jedi prophesy.

All this "chosen one who will bring balance to the Force"? There is zero evidence that any of it is true. Might just be the ravings of a mad Jedi high on Force mushrooms.

And?

Doesn’t change the fact that Thrawn can easily still be around during the Sequel Trilogy. It’s really not that hard.
Read the relevant novels. He is not the sort of person who can sit on the sidelines without having an impact. If he is "still around" he must be out of commission in some way - exiled, or in prison, or busy in some other corner of the universe.

And there is no narrative reason for him to be "still around" at that point. He will either be dealt with in the Ahsoka movie or in the Ahsoka TV series. Because at that point he will have served his narrative purpose.

Maybe the Force has no will. It's just something the Jedi believe.
One theory I saw awhile back is that the Force is constantly trying to bring the galaxy back into balance, such that if ever the Light prevails and the galaxy is ruled by peace and harmony, dark Force users will emerge and gather power to oppose it, and vice versa.

Which (a) fits perfectly with the history of the Star Wars universe, and (b) is about the most depressing thing ever, as it means that the galaxy is doomed to a never-ending cycle of war.

That does seem to be Baylan's viewpoint, in which case I'm right there with his desire to break the cycle, though I doubt his chances of actually doing so.

Kreuk had similar theory. See how it plays out.

You can kill every Sith doesn't stop the dark side or prevent new Sith from refounding the order via holocrons or whatever
