Ahsoka - SPOILERS

It's almost like...

Woman in Star Wars makes a bad decision - dumbest character ever
Woman in Star Wars makes a good decision - overpowered Mary Sue
Leia made good decisions without being an overpowered Mary Sue. General Syndulla in this series makes good decisions without being an overpowered Mary Sue. Mon Mothma made good decisions without being an overpowered Mary Sue. Bo-Katan made good decisions without being an overpowered Mary Sue.

You're overgeneralizing and not making the point that you think you are. ;)

It is likely that Ezra did not want the light saber because maybe he was afraid his Force powers and the Kyber crystal interacting would be a huge beacon that would alert the Nightsisters to exactly where he was.
Or he hasn't practiced for like 10 years, and he is afraid he will cut off Sabine's head by accident?

Any one else getting vibes the New Republics a bit stupid?
Hasn’t that been one of the main topics of this thread for many pages now already?!

That being said, I didn’t sense any stupid from anyone during Hera’s trial. What I did sense was a senator who is either an Imperial himself or has been bought by Imperial interests. (And this takes place after Mando S3, so people like whatserface who mindflayered Dr Pershing are floating around destabilising the New Republic from within.)

That’s a possibility as well.

I loved his reaction when Sabine told him Ahsoka had been training her to be a Jedi. “You?!”

I was kinda joking it every other episode they hammer it in.

Sabine and Ezra light up the screen whenever they're together. I'm going to have to go back and check out Rebels when Ahsoka wraps up, as this show has left me wanting more of all these characters.

I guess the question is, do I have to go all the way back to the start of Clone Wars? Or can I just jump in at Rebels?

You can jump in at Rebels. Only Ahsoka and a few support characters are in TCW.

I watched Rebels first;)

As I’ve mentioned upthread, Disney+ has an “essential Ahsoka Tano” selection in the Star Wars section. It includes some (but not all) of her Clone Wars and Rebels appearances, as well as her live action Mando and Boba appearances.

Thanks for the reminder on that. I think I’ll still aim to start at Rebels, if I’m not feeling it I’ll check out the recommended ‘essential’ eps as mentioned.
