Ahsoka trailer

I just hope it's more Andor and less Mandalorian.
You watched the trailer, right? It was full of lightsabers. It’s not going to be anything like Andor. If anything, it will be a continuation of Rebels. I even caught a glimpse of Ezra’s tower. (I expect we’ll be revisiting that final scene from Rebels but I’m live action.)

Oh, I wonder if Hera and Kanan’s son will be a part of this show!

I thought Andor was by far the best Star Wars entertainment since The Empire Strikes Back, so maybe I'm not a good metric for this. It was first Star Wars thing I've watched in ages where the plotting, character motivations, and world-building made total sense to me. And I found every episode riveting - I thought it was one of the best TV series, period, of the past few years. I would like it if Ahsoka gave us a plot that didn't rely on incredible coincidences and flat characters, even if it is more action oriented.

Yeah, I get what you mean. More like Andor in that it's a tightly woven narrative with depth and character growth. Only with lightsabres this time. Sounds good to me. Done right, it could please both those of us that liked Andor and those that found it slow.

(I think my wife only got through Andor because of how often I declared "This is great writing!" in spite of her eyes glazing over. She trusted that I was right.)

There is no coincidence, there is the Force.

I couldn't get a read on the ones with the orange lightsabers. They seem antagonistic from this footage - the man is in combat with Ahsoka at one point, and he's attacking what appear to be a Republic troops on a starship, while the woman pilots a ship making an attack run on Ahsoka's vessel. But they certainly don't look like your typical Sith. A new faction, perhaps?
Possibly Jorus C'boath, or an equivalent, if they are borrowing heavily from the original Thrawn trilogy.

Clone Jedi FTW!

Out there suggestion: Omega (she looks too young though).
