Episodes 7-8 were a fitting ending to the series. Glad the producers decided not to prolong it ad nauseam.

The weird thing about the books is Alex was permanently 14. Which got rather weird by the time he had had over a dozen adventures. The TV show let him grow up along with the actors.

We liked that too. After the show, we asked ourselves if Otto could be the next younger James Bond Barbara Broccoli keeps talking about. The actor is 27 and is also a stage actor. If he put some muscles on and a bit of weight, they could do what they did with Roger Moore, who started with The Saint.
