Amulet of mighty fist +3

First Post
So we found that Amulet of mighty fist +3. It will be used by my half-dragon. He has 2 class levels as monks. He has STR 20.
(1) Is it true that the amulet increased his claw damage from 1d4+2 to 1d4+5?

(2) is it true that the amulet increases his unarmed (fist, knee...) attack damage from 1d6+5 to 1d6+8?

(3) is it also true that the amulet increases the damage while grappling using "damage your opponent" and also for the grapple checks itself?

A monk can deal his normal unarmed damage during a grapple, so the grapple damage will increase by +3. The bonus does not, however, add to the grapple check itself.

Pinotage

I agree with Pinotage. Enhancement bonus to attack and damage does not affect grapple check bonus. Grapple check is not an attack roll.

I agree with all the above except for #1. It increases the claw damage from 1d4+5 to 1d4+8. "A half-dragon has two claw attacks and a bite attack, and the claws are the primary natural weapon."

Oh! Yes. You are right. Claws are the primal natural weapon and Bite is the secondery one.

Not if he's using them as secondary natural attacks in conjunction with his unarmed strikes.

Thx for all the infos.

Do you agree that those natural/unarmed attacks are treated as "magic" (to bypass damage reduction) if the character wears that amulet of mighty fist?
