Cool, sounds great, by the sounds of it it looked powerful, do you have a storyhour I can read it on? Was it balanced?

I'm a few sessions behind in the Story Hour. I't the Broken Lands link in my sig. This session won't be up for at least another 3 to 5 weeks. I hope I can do the battle justice. I'll post here when I get caught up to Friday's session. Balance seemed to be Ok, He needed to be strong enough to Breathe Fire, but not be a Dragon. He fell back to Claws and Bite, when he was cornered, but I forgot to have him Drink the potion of Greater Fang bonus to the bite.

Thanks again, it made for a memorable BBEG, and a much enjoyed battle by players and DM alike. Game balance at lvl6 Sorc, lvl3 ancestral may have been a little skewed because of the mistakes I made. All in all I'd say pretty well balanced, at the lower Ancestral level for a CR8 or 9 monster.

Ok, I've finally made the Story hour update, that has the Ancestral Kobold, who almost kills a Half-Ogre PC. This was my first BBEG since returning to DMing, and there were some mistakes I made, but overall I liked the encounter.
