OMG! Someone decided to do an ICONS Charlie Sheen adventure!!!
[MENTION=19675]Dannyalcatraz[/MENTION], here's a question, if done in parody is doing this viable considering that Charlie Sheen most likely owns the rights to his name and likeness?

RdM - Actually, that was his MO - back, facing away - honestly, he was a world class skeez. But, you know, family IS family. 
Parody is one of the great safe harbors of copyright. Example: I came home last night and my TV was still tuned to G4...which was covering an expo devoted to the adult entertainment industry. Two of the movies they talked about were porno versions of Batman and The Justice League. Their immunity from prosecution was guaranteed by Fallwell v. Hustler.

My current theory: Neil Patrick Harris' lampooning of himself in the Harold & Kumar movies was based on a partial account of the life of Charlie Sheen that fell through a hole in time.
