Sorry lol I was mostly just using it as an example of a truly classic genre of British TV complaint that has been prevalent for at least the last twenty years!

Hooray for Liverpool and scouse accents btw, I honestly do not comprehend why so many British people seem to denigrate them, they're like, one of the more pleasant British accents.

My grumble with the BBC is their tendency to subtitle Scots accents, which I can understand just fine thankyou!
