Another day in the Tavern

[Bewildered]

Alagos' eyebrow jumps slightly as the dagger drops infront of Malik. He then takes back out the flask that once carried his "drink" and notices it is almost empty. "Malik", he says softly, "what do you charge for a vampire... alive?" I will give you my help of course, if need be.

"You would want to have a vampire alive?Why?I'll tell you the charge when you give me the details."

 

[Bewildered]

I don't speak often of it but I am in desperate need. I am of an ancient bloodline of vampires long past. Every full moon I require the blood of a vampire and the blood of a mortal to keep from becoming fully vampiric. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but I broke my other two flasks of blood in a ... let’s just call it a skirmish. Now you, Malik are a hunter of many a thing and I had hoped vampires were one.

"Oh,vampires are one. I just don't often have people that want them alive....15 gold would be the cost." The dagger turns into a strange map."Show all vampires in current area." The map changed and had little people moving around. "Ah,yes I'll be back in about a day. I will return with a vampire" Malik goes out the door.

 

[Savael]

“Well... I’ll say-” Percev put his empty cup down upon the table and gave Alagos a vaguely accusing stare as Malik exited the tavern “-there goes my work force” The merchant rose from his chair and strode over to the bar golem. He paid his tab and strode away out the door, muttering angrily to himself.

 

[Bewildered]

Alagos rose some from his seat and walked up to the bar golem and said," Have this same seat and a glass ready for me same time tommorrow." Now could be seen Alagos' half-blooded fangs as he walked out of the tavern directly into the sun light. "Sssshhh" he seemed to say and he threw on his hood and disappeared into the crowd.

Malik walks in with a little cube in his hand. He looks around for the Alagos.

 

[Bewildered]

A loud thud can be heard as a lifeless body with blood pouring from its head hits the ground outside the tavern doors. Alagos steps gently over the body saying,"Pesky clerics." Alagos wipes his hand free of the clerics blood and strides across the bar to his reserved seat in the back and says,"Come Malik." Alagos has yet to remove his hood as usual.

Malik follow Alagos and sits down. "Here ya' go" he says throwing the cube on the ground.It increases in size and turns into a cage with a vampire in it. "15 gold."

 

[Bewildered]

"Hmmm...", Alagos grumbles "fine specimen, he will do fine." Alagos reaches his hand into the cage and grasps the vampire by its throat. Alagos' eyes glow a bright blue beneath his cloak's hood and he lets the vampire go. "Here is your pay hunter." Alagos says and puts 15 gold on the table and asks how to make the cage open.
