Another Familiar question

Since I don't have the search feature I apologize if this has been asked before.

If I get a familiar that speaks a language {Raven, or Thrush (T&B)} It starts with 1 language. OK. Familiars also are listed as having all of the masters skills. So if I have languages purchased with skill points would my familiar also have those languages (not Int bonus ones though)?

Related: does my familar also have access to all of my spoken skills (Bluff, Diplomacy, Sense Motive)? Can he make an additional independent Sense Motive check besides the one I make?

Lastly, I still haven't come up with a good name for a male thrush familiar, any suggestions?

By a literal interpretation of the rules, I'd answer 'yes' to each of your questions, and that's how I play it in my game.

No suggestions for a name, though.

Or "Mush" as in mushroom.

Mush the Thrush. It will keep him from getting to big for his britches.
