Add in the ability to do word of recall once a week and alter self twice a day as cast by a 5th level sorcerer.

(+5) + ((Spelllevel*casterlevel*1000)/(5/number of times per day))x2-extra ability cost) + Same as before + mithral

so 25000+((6*11 * 1000)/(5/1))*2 + ((2*5*1000)/(5/2))*2 + 4000 =
25000+26000+8000+4000 = 63000, right?

I need to know this because the Bard's guild that my PCs will or may encounter require a 3% lore fee for any information that leads to the finding of treasure.

This item was created for a great wizard/cleric's mistress for her to travel safely in the big city. Also so she could quickly leave in case his wife came home

In your formula, the spell level * caster level * 1000, you should replace the 1000 with 1800, since it is command word. Other than that, do not forget to add in the cost of generic masterwork chainmail.
