Anticipate teleportation

What will happen if a character or a monster tries to teleport within the area of Anticipate teleportation spell (from Spell Compendium)?

Say, a White Wyrm is using Anticipate Teleportation spell (Caster Level 14=70 feet radius). Now the wyrm is trapped in a Forcecage spell (Barred Cage). He can cast Dimension Hop (PHB2) spell, which can let him teleport up to 35 feet (CL 14).

Will his escape be delayed by Anticipate Teleportation? Or not, because while he is moving in Astral Plane the area of Anticipate Teleportation is removed from the destination (Material Plane)?

simple and logical answer- he "may" delay the arrival by up to 1 round. as per the wording in the spell. So no, he doesn't have to delay his own arrival, although doing so could give him a "surprise" round.

RAW answer- no, he didn't arrive in the area of his spell because his spell wasn't present when he arrived until after he arrived.
