Any good sites for PbP RPing/GMing Tips?

I'm starting to get ideas about a game that I would potentially want to run on these boards. However, it's been about many years since I actually GMed a game, so I was if there are any good resources online which give tips on running PBP games.

Yeah, but I'm thinking about general advice on running the games.

The questions I have tend to fall in the categories of pacing and planning: Like how far in advance do you plan out a game's events considering that a pbp game can end abruptly or drag out depending on the players ability to post and their desire to post. Also how can you tell if a game is dragging on when all players are posting regularly and not interacting with npcs?

I don't mean this in a sarcastic way, either: some things just have to be done for you to get the hang of them.
