Any Way to Get Away When Prone?

No, but you can move while you tumble and don't provoque AoO essentialy because you move and tumble at the same time.If you stand up in your square you are subject to AoO.
I think it's in the FAQ of Wizards.

After playing a few hyper-abusive dwarven tac-fighters MYSELF, I decided to house-rule the prone situation to at least allow people a chance to survive.

:) And let them use the withdraw action to butt-scoot at half-speed. AoOs seem to be for people not paying enough attention to combat, and really, I'd be paying quite a bit attention to combat if I jus' fell on my kiester.

I also allow a 5' Crawl as a Standard Action, allowing people to take a round to reposition and stand up against most trip foes other than Spiked Chain folks. (But I also house-ruled the spiked chain out of my games entirely.)

But those are all house rules. Outside of house rules, humanoid foes are pretty well hosed vs. a decent trip-fighter.

Cast Swift Fly then make a 5-ft. step straight up.
The fly spell only gives you Good maneuverability, so you cannot take 5ft-steps upwards while flying. You can only take a 5ft-step up if you have perfect maneuverability.

You can take a 5' float sideways with a fly spell. Cast defensively, 5' float to the side, move action to stand up.

Worked for me, anyway.

The question is if the free stand (tumble DC35) or the successful use of Prone Attack just let you stand as a free action or negate the AoO, too.
As far as I know using a free action doesn't protect you from AoO.
I think it wouldn't hurt and we allow it in our group, but it's not RAW as far as I know.

That rule was originally written in the 3.0 epic level handbook, when standing from prone didn't provoke an AoO, it just cost a move action. It got transcribed into Complete Adventurer without any updating, but I'm pretty sure that was an oversight. I would have no problem ruling that the free stand doesn't provoke.

Complete Adventurer, in fact, specifically states "This use of the skill still provokes attacks of opportunity as normal."

If you had Spring Attack, perhaps you could move 5 feet (while prone) and attack, then move 25 feet away?

Or you could take Total Defense and stand up as well...

Problem is that moving five feet while prone takes up your whole move action, so you can't fulfil Spring Attack's requirement of moving before and after...
