It really does sound like he is translating something, or reading from something that was translated.. I dont believe english was his first language but i could be wrong..

Possibly it is something listed as d&d but isnt in english? Therefore they are some other words for some other game in some other language from some far off place? I know that was convoluted..

But really, the things being listed definately sound like something from way back when.. it is really starting to sound like a mudd as well.. especially with how the numbers work out.. all fairly simple, easy to input as equations in a program.. that sort of thing.. plus computers can run d50's without too much trouble.

In 'the early years' there were a lot of non-official semi-dnd 3rd-party products with very small production runs (Arduin, the Book of Swords, those funky character cards with the silhouette you could fill in, etc). I suspect what Felkiries is referring to is something along these lines.
