Anyone done work on a Warhammer 40K D20 RPG?

I'm sure I've seen some one mentioning this as an idea I was wondering what work other folks had done on this before I start.

Not on an official level, no, but a group of members at the www.realsmofevil.net message boards have been working on 40k d20 conversions.

Oh how I have thought about it! Ever heard of Inquisitor? Well I thought about trying to transcribe the ruleset from that to D20. NEver got off the ground though...
