Here are the changes I saw on a quick run-thru. The 0-level and 1st-level are pretty easy, the big changes start at 2nd!
0th: Remove - Disrupt Undead
Add - Know Direction, Message, Touch of Fatigue
1st: Remove - Animate Rope, Change Self, Enlarge, Erase, Floating Disk, Message, Reduce, Silent Image, Spider Climb, Undetectable Aura, Unseen Servant
Add - Arcane Bullet (IK new spell, +2 to damage w/ bullets), Disguise Self, Lesser Confusion
