Anyone here play the 2d20 Conan game by Modiphius Entertainment?

I want to know how many of you folks have played the Conan game by Modiphius Entertainment.

It came out around the time Conan Exiles came out for PC.

I have the PDF version for buying the Barbarian Edition a few years back, and I just recently decided to get the hard cover variants.

Anyway, if you have played the game, I want to know what your experiences with it are. Please, share your stories!

Not what you're looking for, I know, but I really want to play it. Just can't find other players. My regular group doesn't want to learn another system so I've been converting Modiphius Conan over to Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea, keeping some of the mechanics. Has been fairly easy but I'd like to try the original system, ideally as a player first. I love the look and vibe of the products but the 2d20 system has a lot of moving parts. I hear it plays better than it reads, but the local game store doesn't seem to have any interest and I've had no luck posting ads for games in other cities either. So I'll keep looking.

It does read pretty rough  I think the big issue is the text that goes all over the place and then circles back around eventually...

Yeah, and watching some of the play videos on youtube it looks like people often ignore many of the rules like reach to speed things along, which is fine by me. But it's hard to figure out what to cut until you've actually played a bit. I love the vibe of the books but yeah, the organization could be way better.

I could be wrong, but you are likely to get more of a response if you post this in the RPG general forum, as that is the "general" place for all not-specific-to-D&D/pathfinder RPG talk. I believe this forum, "Other table top games" is for games played around a table that are not RPGs, i.e. board games, card games, etc.
