It certainly is. My girlfriend's family lives near Margate, in a village called Birchington. Been to Margate a few times myself, and dismal is a pretty good way to describe it...

So if you don't mind me asking, you're in grade school? I'm quite frankly amazed at the idea of computers (well, laptops) in classes. I personally have always thought it's a terrible idea (no offense) because it's a very easy way to goof off and be distracted from class. Not that I wouldn't do it if I could, especially given some of the classes I had to take in college.
