Are there any LA +0 Tiny sized races?

IIRC Savage Species states that tiny size is an automatic +1LA. Wouldn't swear to it though.

Well, to be frank, I don't think there is a +0 LA Tiny race, and nor do I think there really should be.

Tiny gives you a +8 to hide, +2 to AC, +4 to Dex (usually through the racial stat adjustments), 0ft reach, and generally a penalty to Str (again, racial adjustments).

What you gain has nothing but benefits for a caster, great benefits for a rogue, and good benefits for an archer. At the same time, these adjustments will be very bad for the melee folks, especially considering the 0ft reach. So most characters with this Tiny race will be casters, rogues, or maybe archers, and they will have more benefits than any of the standard races provide. It's worth at least a +1 LA for the size difference, in much the same way that Large size (and its concordant 10ft reach) is worth at least +1 LA.

Of course, that doesn't mean someone hasn't made a +0 LA race, but just that my initial opinion isn't favorable.

What are you looking to do with this +0 LA Tiny race? Maybe we could work with a concept instead of just the size...

Not that I'm aware of but maybe you can perhaps get a Template that shrinks you to tiny size for normal races.

Of course, you could just go with a small race and take a level of sorcerer and cast Reduce Person when you need to...

In any case taken racial levels might work if you do go Faen.
