Chael gives Venakhad a look of annoyance. Then her expression softens. *In for a crown, in for a galifar. It's not like I'm not having truck with a drow and two undead anyway.* After listening to Venakhad's message, she then heads back to the inn for a good night's rest. *Come on Dusk. Maybe you can find an empty apple barrel to root around in. It'll keep you from bothering the patrons.*

"Oh, staying here in town are ye?" The caravan master exclaims.

"Sure, sure, this be a fine establishment. Small and cozy to be sure,"
he nods. We a kindly look, he looks around the small hamlet.

"Well! We'll be pushing on! We just stopped for some water, really. Course the innkeeper here told me of the fair lass who inquired to the large tracks that went east into the King's Forest."

He takes a step toward the caravan wagons, "You see, we've got Cannith engineered wheels that keep moving under their own enchantments, mage bred House Vadalis oxen faster than any beast of burden I've ever seen, and special House Orien enchanted axles. Makes the travel over this roadway all the smoother and faster."

"You all have a nice night then! We're pushing on. Heading to Greywall for business. Night!"

"Caravan master!"
Comes low call from the shadow of the party.
"With all that speed and enchantments, it seems like it would be easy to rest and even sleep in one of your wagons even while it is moving. Would you be willing to lend us one? For a price of course. We need some rest, but we need to keep moving too. Your caravan seems perfect for that."

"Interesting proposition you have there, my dark friend. We actually have a covered wagon we brought with us for the sole purpose of rest. We are on strict orders not to stop except when needed. We have drivers to take shifts on each of the wagons."

He scratches his chin, "Let me make you a counter offer. If you serve as our caravan escort, we will allow you free passage, rest and even share provisions. I worn you though, we are traveling to Droaam. Dangerous work. Deal?"

"As long as we get there fast, prepare for the safest journey yet. There aren't many creatures that will consider attacking me in Droaam. Unless the rest of the team thinks we can travel faster alone?" The drow cocks one white eyebrow at his companions.

"Rohna has a large pig. How exactly is it supposed to keep up with this magic enhanced caravan that has orders to not stop? The pig did not even get to rest when our mage bred horses did while we were off traipsing down the road."

"Maybe it can rest, just as those caravan beasts, while it doesn't carry its rider? What do you say Rhona, can Olaf keep up and be rested?" asks young priest.

OOC: As a reminder, we are on Mage Breed horses already. I would like to go faster, but I don't think we really have the option without losing Rohna's steed.

OOC: Or maybe Rhona could force Olaf through some tough times - making him fatigued, going on sheer will endurance, while foregoing his extra attack and large space in combat (Rhona can charge without him, right?) - this option obviously would work only with 4Ms approval.

And since characters need to sleep (and we have to stop to do it, I don't think we gain much by NOT using caravan non-stop move where we can rest and travel at the same time.
