[August] What are people playing?

Well, I didn't see this for August. If I'm drunk (very possible) and missed it (also possible), I'd ask a mod to merge it.

Right now, I'm playing FF5 for the third or fourth time, HoMM 5, and still Suikoden 5. I just today bought DQ8 (for US $20) and Titan Quest for mindless fun eventually.

I've done very little game playing, so the same stuff as the last few times.

I have to say that while getting through a level of Otogi only takes a five minutes, give or take, it can take hours to completely clear one of them.

Just finishing up Astonishia Story for the PSP. It's kinda like a Korean knock-off of the old Shining Force games. Weird and a lousy translation, but not too bad. Too short, though, only about 15 hours long. (I traded for it, so I don't feel too ripped off)

Also just bought Culdcept for the PS2. Haven't played a lot yet, but it's kinda fun. Basically it's a combination of Monopoly and a CCG. Basically you move around a board like monopoly, but when you land on a space, you summon a critter to guard it fron your deck of cards (which you gain by playing games). Or if you land on someone elses spot, you can fight their critter for it with one of yours (from your card deck). It's an old game, but still has a cult following. I can see why.

And for the PC, The Sims 2.

Eve Online, as usual. Got my second wind, mostly combat with my main character, and trading on another account.

I finished Oblivion as well. Great game, but repetitive after a time.
