[August] What Video Games you playing??

Started playing Final Fantasy Tactics (on the PS1) again. Hadnt touched it for 2-3 years, but its still amazingly fun to play. If they made FFT2 I would probably buy the new console that supported it just to play the game.

Less than a month away is Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for Gameboy Advance...

Currently for PS2 is (of course) Dynasty Warriors 4. Have finished the Shu and Wu story modes, working on Wei (just one more battle)...

For PC, nothing currently, but I'm sure I'll be playing Deus Ex 2 obsessively when that finally comes out.

Well, since my computer can't handle any of the newer games out there, I'm stuck to playing my PS2 for now.

I don't play too much because I don't have enough time.

On the PS2 I am playing Vice City every once in a while and sometimes I break out Dynasty Warriors 2. I want to get DW4, but just don't have the cash for it.

On the GameCube I'm playing through Metroid Prime and Eternal Darkness, whenever I have some spare time.

On the PC I'm playing Diablo II whenever I get bored. Just started over with a Necromancer. One of the few classes I haven't beaten the game with.

Don't have an XBox... yet. Mainly due to the lack of spare cash. Once I can afford one I'm sure I'll be playing lots of Knights of the old Republic.

Every once in a great while I break out my Dreamcast and hook it up to a space VGA monitor and play Soul Calibur, Crazy Taxi and Crazy Taxi 2. I usually play it at work over night.

Being extraordinarily cheap, the pride of my collection right now is Homeworld. Which I got last week. I'm also enjoying Heroes of Might and Magic III (!), trying to finally finish Crimson Skies, and get a decent start on Blood Omen 2. I just got done playing Red Alert 2, and should probably go out and buy Yuri's Revenge...

See? I'm quite, quite the behind-the-times PC gamer. Which is ironic, considering the GeForce FX5900 (last I checked, the definition of bleeding edge video cards - I get magazines telling me it isn't out yet, OK?) sitting in my new box.

Xbox - House of the Dead 3, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Enter the Matrix
DC - Soul Calibur
PC - Diablo II 1.10s test, Warcraft III (still haven't gotten Frozen Throne due to lack of time to throw away*)

*because really, if I buy that, I'm going to sit down for 14 hours or so and play every inch of it.

As for me after not having played anything in two or three weeks I actually went through the arcade mode of CvS2 once, played JSRF a bit, and finally got back to Troment last night.

I really need to focus on Torment so I can finish that and move onto something else.

Neither of my computers are usually good enough to play new games. The newest of them has a Voodoo Monster II for a 3D Accelerator. So I'm way out of date when it comes to computers and upgrading is not currently an option.
