Hi Phobia,

Yeah we do ship outside of the city. We actually ship all over Australia and overseas too.

Yeah I do agree about E-tools being pretty crappy however I hear Code Monkey is fixing them up so there is still hope. :)

Cheers,
Christian

Quickplug, look out for our Arcanan Unearthed and Dragonlance Campaign Setting promo's coming soon. :)

We have been gaming for 15 years and basically got sick of the customer service by certain other gaming stores in the city

The other stores had something resembling customer service?

Any store that has any level of improvement over GP or TS will get my patronage - good to hear that I'm not the only one unimpressed by their CS.

Good luck!

Hey critical - your website responds to mozilla in an unusual way - specifically the menu entries on the left hand side cause my cursor to turn into a text-editing I bar, and refuse to let me click on them (although they highlight correctly).

Oh, and the central panel shows up blank.

Just so you know.

hey, they DO do customer service

Just talked to Christian over the phone due to the ANZ bank gateway being down....and I have to say the customer service is damn good.

Can't see myself bothering to use any of the dodgy local stores for my stuff if these guys keep doing the same job!

Of course, Christian, you've still got to get the books to me for full marks!

:)

Only been to Sydney twice but the guy in Tin Soldier was really nice to me, and I didn't even buy anything!!! haven't been to the other place, but I guess TS was pretty war game orientated...

Hi guys,

First off the site won't work properly in Mozilla but my programming guy is working on that (the benefit of having an IT company too :)). It has mainly been designed for the masses who use IE 5 and higher but I do know there are people out there using other browsers and we will hopefully accomodate them in the furture.

Balthasar, thanks for teh feedback. Got on the phone to ANZ straight away and they said they had problems this morning but they have sorted it. Your books are currently being packed and shipped.

Thanks for the feeback guys. Keep it coming. One thing I really want to know is if you like the colour scheme of the website??

Cheers,
Christian

I can't say I luuuurve the colour scheme really, but it does serve.

One thing you might want to fix is that the page has horizontal scroll in resolutions even up to 1152 x 864. The industry norm is to design to fit down to the lowly old 800 x 600 that some poor ppl still have to deal with.

It's your header bar that's giving the issues.

I'm a freelance interface developer if you didn't notice :)

Yeah I agree about the colours. The other owner quite likes them but I intend on changing them Personally I find the red headings hard on the eyes.

Also correct about the banner. I run at 1152x870 and against my webdesigners protests told him I want it that way. Viewed it at 800x600 and nearly died. Sorry about that for those viewing at 800x600 I have now corrected it and have fixed the header bar. :)

Well I guess there is no better advice then professional advice. :) Thanks for the heads up Balthasar.

Christian
