Avalanche of Blades... Why?

So after reading the description why would you take this? It is a full round action and by this level you will already have probably 3+ attacks. The attacks that you get normally do not have nearly the amount of -'s to hit vs avalanche which makes you take -4,-8-,12 etc etc.

So how am I reading this wrong?

Well, it's only a -4 instead of the normal -5 for iterative attacks, so that's something. Also, just in general, AC doesn't keep up with attack bonuses -- getting at least three hits out of this shouldn't be a problem, if you pick the right target.

Or you could multiclass and cast Wraithstrike first, to guarantee that you hit the Tarrasque with your sixth, seventh, and eighth attacks. I'm not sure how that compares to Wraithstrike + Power Attack, though. It's probably pretty close.
