"Monk 1 / Ninja x and the Ascetic rogue feat:
Ascetic rogue feat allows monk and rogue levels to stack to determine unarmed attack damage. Prereq is improved unarmed strike and sneak attack and ninja is so close to rogue that I as a GM would allow this feat to include ninja too. This way you'd get the martial arts ninja although you'd need amulet of mighty fists because without further monk levels you'd miss ki strike."

This is in the little box at the bottom of the ninja class, basically sudden strike can be used for feats, prcs or other things that require a certain number of sneak attack dice, providing ascetic rogue without dm fiat.

You can fill the prereq with ninja levels, but I'm not sure it would do you much good, since it allows you to stack rogue and monk levels, not sneak-attack-class levels and monk levels.

Otherwise, I've a monk/assassin that would be incredibly interested in that feat...
