Azure, woman on a mission...

The door opens slightly and Azure sees that it is a few feet off the floor of the small room beyond. Directly below the door is a toilet and beside that a wash basin. Across the room is a closed door through which the sound of shoveling can be heard.

Seeing that she has no other options, Azure will enter the room. She'll open the other door a crack and peer into the room.

 

[Phoenix8008]

Peering through the door, Azure sees that she is looking into a large room from its south wall. The room is about 15 feet north to south and 30 feet wide east to west. She stands near the western corner of the south wall of the room. In the north-eastern corner of the room is a large metallic piece of machinery that appears to be a furnace. There is a small open door on it's front with flames visable inside and waves of heat pouring out of it. A little ways away on the north wall is a pile of coal dumped all over the floor. Between the coal and the furnace stands a small goblin with a shovel in it's hands. It wears sweat and coal stained work clothes, and is busy shoveling coal from the pile into the open door of the furnace. It's back is toward you currently. You also see two other doors on the south wall, each spaced about five feet apart.

If possible, Azure will rush the goblin, attempting to shove him into the furnace.

 

[Phoenix8008]

Azure rushes towards the goblin, but it seems to hear her at the last second and spins around to face her with a look of fear on it's face. It weilds it's shovel clumsily as a staff.

The staff severs the well; negates the roar of the mist!

Azure says, "I don't think so." She mutters a word and the staff in the Goblin's hands moves on its own and starts beating him!

The shovel/staff jumps in the goblins hands, but he is stronger than he looks. He wrenches control of it away from Azure's magics, and scoops up a few burning coals from withing the furnace to fling at her. Azure is burned for 1 Hit of damage.

At Azure: The falcon prances in the midst of the pond; dominates the beauty of the mist! *yen*

The fang brutalizes the madlands; silences the foray of the mind!

Azure says, "Eat this!". A giant mouth appears complete with sharp teeth and charges the goblin!

 

[Phoenix8008]

The giant mouth snaps at the goblin and bites off one arm that it tried to shield itself with. Panicking, the goblin stumbles backwards and slips on a few hot coals, finally falling head first into the open door of the furnace. Hanging there half in and half out, the horrid smelling smoke starts pouring out as the top half of the goblin starts bubling and popping as it cooks. The severed arm drops to the floor and bleeds out as the giant mouth dissapears between Azure and her defeated opponent.

Azure gains 1 Exp and 1 Yen. Her stamina and her powers of magic have grown, but what form shall her new powers take?

Azure picks up the shovel and investigates the middle door on the south wall. Listening first and if there doesn't sound like anyone is in there she'll open it and enter.
