[B.A.D.D.] - Iconic dragons

Charles - I've gotten your emails, I've just been busy. Rough week at work, haven't had time to multishirk by working on BADD . I'll do an update Sunday. I like the changes you sent me.

As far as the misc page, its a place to put anything that doesn't fit elsewhere on the site. Articles by members about how to run dragons that aren't straight tactics articles would certainly go there. Also dragon art, draconic feats, anything else.

As far as the iconics, I'd like them all to be OGL and just the basic ten. Its a stylistic thing - there aren't iconic prestige classes, or templated characters, just the basic ones.

However, other dragons are cool, and if someone wants to work up a Shadow or Slaracian I'll certainly put it up, just in the Dragons section. I just got CC2, Slaracians are very cool. Heck, work up all 12 ages like the iconics if you like.

Fellow BADD members.

An idea for a dragon to include in my campaign just struck me.

A Vampiric Mature Adult Silver Dragon. And it's victims are not only turned into vapires, they're turned into Half-Dragon (silver) vampires.

So, What do you all think of this idea?

Is it good?
Is it bad?
Is it ugly?
Is there an idea you'd like to add to it?

When i have all the stats done, i'll send them into the site.

Draco - interesting. Certainly not standard by the rules, but I don't see a problem. What alignment would it be?

That is a cool idea Draco - the alignment issue could be interesting eiher way

1- The vampric nature turns the dragon and its offspring evil. Mayham ensues, heroes have to go after the silver dragon and its childer

2- The vampric nature turns them evil, but they are smart about it. The good reputation of silver dragonkind allows them to seize power.

3- The dragon and its offspring remain good, and are powerful, if interesting forces of good.

4- The dragon is good, but its offspring slowly turn evil. The dragon must enlist the heroes to help chase them down.

That's the sign of a good idea - one that instantly gives you adventure ideas

madmann, I was thinking of going with option #2 originally. It would make the PCs lives harder wouldn't it.

On your list on the Dragons page, you forgot the Steel Dragon.

I'm not sure if thats the only one you missed, but the Steel was always my favorite, but alas, not even Scott has converted it.

Yep, still working on the blue. I'm in a crunch at work, so I haven't been productive in the last week or so, but I should be able to get a couple of age categories done this weekend.

Yes, and there's an error on the page. (Did you spot it?) I'll release "errata" in the form of an updated version soon, and send it to mm75.

Why don't you post a conversion request on the CC forums (below the general forums)?
