As I posted about on my blog, Aremorican Addendum Volume 1: Player Option is a roughly 30 page free pdf for those of us still rocking it old-school.

It's designed to be compatible with Labyrinth Lord, which in itself is compatible with your favorite version of any Classic Fantasy Roleplaying Game. A quick blurb:

Aremorican Addendum Volume 1: Player Option is a Labyrinth Lord player hack, more or less, taking all of the basic classes and retooling them for a slightly different style of play. It gets rid of fire and forget magic in favor of three different magic systems that are based on literary and popular fantasy fiction, as well as giving the player more options. It eliminates entirely demi-human races, instead choosing to focus entirely on the humans of Aremorica.

Features:
-A retooled and revamped Fighter
-A mage-slaying warrior, the Witchfinder
-The Abjurer, a protective spellcaster
-Devout warrior-priest, the Crusader
-The Sorcerer, an elemental summoner
-The Diabolist, a magic-user who gains unholy powers
-The Dungeoneer, a perceptive tomb-robber
-The Assassin, a, well, assassin
-Three magic subsystems (Praying, Diabolism, Sorcery) that are in no way related to Vancian magic, and are in no way contributing to the 15 minute adventuring day

It's free, beautifully laid out, impeccably written, loved by all, and endorsed by the entire OSR. I made up the last four things, but hey, it's still free!

I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
