That said, PC's point is valid, though some of the subsequent interpretations of it have been rather far-reaching. I'd much rather see photos of *ALL* the people who dress up really cool for GenCon than just any female who happens to walk by.
But by the same token, I'll trust the people involved to decide on their own whether they're truly offended by such a concept, rather than jumping the gun with the assumption of any reasonable person taking offense from such mild and obviously ridiculous behavior. Male or female, people dress up in special costumes because they want to be seen doing so.
Strictly taking guerilla photos of any woman who walks by would be a little creepy, but photos of the cool outfits shouldn't offend anybody if done with good intentions.
