look at the gallery, this is near what ahs happened. a lot of the women represented were not in costume, they were simply present. heck, one is of a woman going by on an escalator...

And all of the women I photographed, including Ms. Escalator, (1) were asked permission to take their picture, (2) were told that their picture would go on my Babes of Gen Con website, and (3) gave me permission to take their picture.

Of all the women I asked to photograph at GenCon, _one_ said no, and I didn't take her picture.

If the women in the photos gave permission and weren't offended, who are you to get offended on their behalf?

(The woman on the escalator is "going by" because spotted her on the way down, asked her if it was OK, and when she said yes I still had to turn on my digital camera and by the time it was ready she was already past me.)

I think the tone of your post, Alsih2o, was pretty clear though. Not saying I care one way or another what opinions someone has on the matter, mind you, just that I think SKR wasn't wrong to clear the matter up.
