Why shouldn't the Rilmani spawn prodigy as well?
Here's my take on it: the Balanced Template
It works a lot like the Fiendish or Celestial Templates (in the Monster Manual) but for some differences. It can be added to the same groups of creatures.
Most balanced creatures have a smooth appearence. They're neither too ugly nor too beautiful. As Celestial creatures, they often come in metallic colours, but unlike celestial creatures the balanced one tend to have brass, steel or copper skin.
Size & Type: as with celestial
Special Attacks: smite conviction(su): same as smite evil but it works against the following alignments: LG, CG, LE, CE
Special Qualities:
Environment: any absolute neutral plane
Challenge Rating: as celestial
Alignment: always absolute neutral
Level Adjustment: +2
I'm not a native speaker so if there's a better word instead of "conviction" to describe these alignments, please let me know!

- Damage Reduction: up to 3 HD - ; 4-11 HD 5/magic; 12+ HD 10/magic
- Resistance to electricity, acid and sonic: up to 7 HD: 5; 7+ HD: 10
- Spell resistance: HD+5 (maximum 25)
Environment: any absolute neutral plane
Challenge Rating: as celestial
Alignment: always absolute neutral
Level Adjustment: +2
