Ive reskined the races for my game world fairly well belanced.
however i´d like to be able to allow player to chose the other PHB\2\3 races.
I like to make them as ¨out siders¨, having portaled etc to my realm.
the follow rules will apply
Only one of that race in the party at any one time.(or EVER if possible)
they should not expect to meet any of thier kind.
-1 or -2 on CHA(aliens)
some bonas skillability, wealth or knowlege, maybe another language.(commen knowlege made suddenly valuable)
