Wildshape has a few forms available, each giving special abilities, and they allow you to jump between forms using the same usage of wildshape.

Combat, movement and balance are, of course, works in progress.

How about all the combat, movement, and balance issues?
Some other notable improvements:

Party members now Jump with you, and pathfinding has overall been improved.
They've removed the whole Cantrips-causing-surfaces thing
Party members are also way less judgy about your actions.

They also added a "loaded dice" feature which seems like an accessibility feature but I didn't quite grasp how it worked.

This was all previously done.

I've not been able to watch for myself but from what I gather, it's Druid, and some lighting fixes?

The gameplay remains, very flawed.

Quite a few fixes, including the ones you dismissed for some reasons. A new class quest for Druid PCs, new spells (Flaming Sphere, for instance), interface improvements (you can now target portraits, for instance). Lots of good stuff.

I'm not sure they're going to completely overhaul the underlying gameplay systems, but little tweaks and improvements is kind of the point of EA and patches
