Bards using divine scrolls

This could be a stupid question, but can a Bard use a scroll of Cure Light Wounds scribed by a Cleric?

Bards cast arcane spells and Clerics prepare divine spells. Cure Light Wounds is on the Bard's spell list.

From the SRD:

To have any chance of activating a scroll spell, the caster must meet the following requirements:

- The spell must be of the correct type (arcane or divine). Arcane spellcasters cannot cast divine spells from a scroll, nor can divine spellcasters cast arcane spells in this manner.
- The user must have the spell on his or her class list.
- The user must have the requisite ability score.

Does the manner of preparation restrict who can use it? (aside from the Use Magic Device skill)

No, a bard cannot use divine scrolls of any kind, unless he resorts to the Use Magic Device skill.

An arcane caster cannot use divine scrolls, nor a divine caster use arcane scrolls, even if the spell is on multiple class lists (like Bull's Strength).

And no, before you ask, it is not allowed for a Bard to scribe an arcane cure light wounds scroll and the wizard scribe it into his spellbook

(The bard could do it alone if he had Scribe Scroll, but by collaborating with a wizard he saves himself a feat.)

I *think* it's actually in the DMG under Magic Item creation or in the PHB under the Item Creation Feats, but I could be wrong. I know that somewhere it says (or has been clarified) that multiple people could work together to create the item because there was a Sage response that the person with the feat pays the XP even if there were 3 others helping him.

Ok here's what I found:

"It is possible for more than one character to cooperate in the creation of an item, with each participant providing one or more of the prerequisites. In some cases, cooperation may even be necessary, such as if one character knows some of the spells necessary to create an item and another character knows the rest."

Most of the magic items have actual prerequisites in their description. Scrolls do not, IIRC. Wouldn't it be ridiculous if a bard could simply "dictate" his cure spells to a scribing wizard? How could the wizard write down the arcane markings if he can't possibly understand the spell? That would be akin to dictating a spanish letter to a non-hispanophone secretary. And the reverse would be just as ridiculous. The wizard telling the bard every magic letter he has to write down. "An "e", no no, that's an "o", don't close the circle, and add a horizontal line, no no, horizontal, like the horizon, yes..."

Any more thoughts on this?

I actually feel the same way about scrolls, but I believe that would be a house rule (I mean, we don't know HOW a scroll is really created). I'm with you in that I have issues with two people working on a scroll together.
