Hi Gang,
I just wanted you all to know a very cool thing. I had purchased the Faeries book from Bastion Press over the web and after I had done so I noticed that I must have accidently clicked 2 day shipping (an extra $12 added to the book). I paniced and shot a message off to Jim Butler at Bastion and he helped me change the shipping asap.

As a worker in the customer service field I'm very aware of how customer service impacts peoples lives and I just wanted you all to know that Jim and Bastion are tops in my book.

Jim is one of the best guys I know, a top notch guy in my book also. Even when he mocks me he does it woth TLC
