That's okay - let them eat cake!

S'ils n'ont pas de pain, qu'ils mangent de la brioche !

Marie-Antoinette, consort of Louis XVI, a few years before she lost her head to the Republic's Razor...

(In this context, though, since we're talking about women, the sentence would become "Si elles n'ont pas de pain, qu'elles mangent de la brioche.")

Nice to find someone who could cite that.

Gary IS Proud!

With JRRT as the trump card, can there EVER again be any doubt that dwarven females are all nicely bearded? Of course not! All who claim otherwise are just plain wrong, and thier assertions are an offense to the dwarves of every world, believe me :D

Cheers,
Gary

Full and long beards

Beards provide an answer to a fantasy question. They make for a racial difference, and they have been present in the game for longer than many of the players have been breathing.

By Elmore...well check it out: Dwarven Princess

While rendered quite beautifully, I wouldn't have been able to figure out she was a dwarf without having been told. And wow does that top look impracticle. Lastly, if dwarven women look like that, it makes you wonder why they're aren't any half-dwarves.

Heh,

Larry is clearly seling his artwork, not attempting a true depiction of a dwarf of any sort. That's a shorm human with ample proportions.

Now, if Larry will go back and add a small Van Dyke beard on the chin, one might agree that it was a very young dwarf princess.

:D
