Well that's the problem

You can't force people to be good because that misses the point...
You can't go about trying to convince the lords of the nine to talk to Grazz't because that's just STUPID...
You can't use power to bring about peace because really you're jsut adding to the weaponry being used...

What can Belhandra do apart from sit back having pleasure and making sure there is peace in people that actually come to her!?

I guess I would give her an alliance with the sensates (to use a faciton again...sorry!) though I don't know exactly what it is they would want to achieve together... (we can assume it would be fairly fun though ...not to mention sticky!)

I think she should advocate tolerance towards all races through here followers. I have a feeling most of them would be classified as hippies...
Not that being classified as hippie is a bad thing. I've only met a few hippies in my life, and they where all nice people.

But things like the above mentioned artifact would probably be a bad idea...

What do we end up with then? Peaceful protest sit ins infront of blood war armies?

Actually that's not to bad an idea, at least with battles on the upper planes...
If two celestial armies were clashing and their were protestors at the sidelines exemplifying goodness then those abttling might have to think twice. She could try to first attempt to bring peace to the hosts of good by revealing the more dubious sides of religious crusades etc. Her followers could also be unaligned (to political or martial groups) healers and carers for the victims of war between good powers.

For that matter if a good being were to go down into the midst of the blood war and offer aid and healing (not readily available to dark clerics) to both sides without descrimination then surely even the fiends would not object? In the meanwhile some may se the errors of their ways. In the same vein she could perhaps maintain sanctuaries for those that desert from war close to each of the gate towns on the out lands.

Could this be the start of some more concrete goals?

The Goals of Belhandra

Belhandra’s greatest past time is spreading love, joy, and peace throughout the multiverse. She would like nothing better than to see a perfect world where all sentient creatures are able to live together in peace and harmony. She knows that several beings are diametrically opposed to this idea, and offers support to her sister Felique against fiends such as Graz’zt. She personally comes into conflict most with Belial and his daughter Fierna, seeing their lusts as a perversion of all that she cares for. She would love nothing more than to at least see the two of them separated from one another.

Perhaps the most pleasing accomplishment Belhandra has had of late is discovering how to bottle euphoria. Through a secret arcane process, she was able to distill the more soporific effects of her home plane of Elysium, which gives the user a feeling of well-being, coupled with sleepiness and even forgetfulness if used too much. She carries these minor portable items around with her, using them to spread a sense of relaxation over a wide area.

well next would be her cult. details of worship (orgies? ), temples and worship sites, holidays, what races and classes worship her the most - as already established, bards and sorcerers in particular. then 1-3 examples of cultists.

for one, i was thinking of a tabaxi cultist. maybe also a swanmay? if you can incorporate that into an idea, go for it.

Kama Sutra, it's spelled Kama Sutra, and yes, that is a very fitting idea to use with Belhandra...

I would summise that the spring and fall equinoxes would be holy to her, as would midsummer.

As for the rest, I haven't got a rabid bunny of an idea
