Best bountyhunter PrC - Bloodhound or Crimson Scourge?

Which, in your opinion, is the best "bountyhunter" type PrC?

Bloodhound (CA), Crimson Scourge (Cityscape), or something else?

I'm not aware of the Crimson Scourge, but I think the Bloodhound leaves much to be desired. Could someone give me the basic rundown on the Crimson Scourge? It sounds pretty interesting.

It makes a GREAT NPC bounty hunter, I had 1 nearly take out the entire party.

However, it sucks as a PC class IMO, since there's no point doing subdual damage when everyone else in the party is doing lethal.

Actually, that will tend to take your enemies down faster.

Novice to Master by Heathen Oracle

Its Obscure, but excellent - and cheap!

Heathen Oracle has a pdf called Novice to Master.

They have a Bounty Hunter class that is the best I've seen.

I second the Justicar. Even with dealing subdual damage (which isn't a bad thing), it's a fantastic bountyhunting class.
