Yeah they use it to touch up the art. Though they did not do a great job with the Ice Shaper.

Nah, the content is actually pretty decent.

There was a case a few years back where a Magic freelance artist Googled a character (Nikel Bolas), took a piece of fan art and spruced it up a little before sending it to WotC as his own work. He got caught, didn't go well for him as a plagiarism. This us slightly less bad, but still mostly the artist. The conspiracy theories saying WotC used AI art seem overblown rhey just didn't notice the funky detail work from this one artist. They aren't getting hired again.

I would of liked to see the old Giant Slayer kit turned into a subclass. which could serve against all large+ creatures for which at mid levels onwards you face an increasing amount of.
