Done! I hit he was successful for both attacks, 21 damage! Not bad for a glass canon (although I think he will fall this round ;-) )!

Note to self: always prepare Healing Word over Cure wounds when one intends to be a tank and not a heal bot

(on the aside, I almost never prepare Cure Wounds for this reason, even as a cleric, but went against my own reasoning...)

Question for you: does disquise self stop when the caster becomes inconscious? If so, Thael's apperance changed when he fell!

I would say not. It’s not a concentration spell, it just lasts an hour.

Like Tglassy said, you wont drop Disguise Self as you go KO.
Neither would it Be a problem to drol it before it runs out. Lets say as a Bonus Action if it Ever Comes up

oops, i forgot about your disguise self in my narrative, referrign to 'Eladrin'
