First Post
I am a huge Birthright fan, have been since it first came out.
But I have not played/ran the setting in a few years really.

I am curious to see how many people, if any, are still playing ?

Quite a few, and pbems are still pretty prevelant. Check out http://www.birthright.net/ for forums and there's a draft of the 3rd edition of the BR rules available there. It's only a draft, so if you have suggestions, post them there.

Of course, the rats at Wizards went and revised the whole game while the 3rd edition rules were still being worked on. It's hard to hit a constantly moving target. Sigh.

every time i bring this up with my group, the question of who will run it comes up. it's a setting everyone wants to play but few want to run. i think my next cmpaign will be there after whatever my return to dragonlance campaigning turns into (please god, no kender or gnome players) i still had the box last time i checked and if not, the game store in town has another.

Yeah losing your gaming stuff sucks...when i first moved i lost a whole box of rpg material, namely every birthright product made except the novels. It has taken me literaly years to collect just over half of it back and I fear I will never have "all" of it again :(
But I figure that I ran it enough that I remember alot of it so it's all good in the end i suppose...

BR was the ebst thing ever to happen to 2nd Ed (well, except 3rd Ed).

BirthRight : A setting rich in daring heroes, legendary destinies, exotic creatures, and exploding gods...
