Dungeon Denizens Wanted
The first ever writing contest from Black Dagger Game Designs is now open for talented and creative writers to design some fully developed dungeon races.
We are looking for gifted writers to create up to 3 fully developed races that are definitely dungeon based. These races should feel as if they have been in a dungeon a very long time. Not a race that has “just” came up from the subterranean depths.
Under the heading "Relations" you should note how well, or not, they get along with the standard races and, other races that you design for this contest. We are ideally looking for a package set of races rather than an individual race.
The winner gets to place their creations in our upcoming book Dungeons-Back Again and wins the right to be contracted with us for a year, which means you would be eligible for assignments and pay – not bad for our first competion!!
You will also receive a free copy of both The Wilds-There and Back and Dungeons-Back Again in either a word doc or PDF format - your choice.
Exceptionally gifted writers could even be deemed contractible right away.
Okay - so to take part please ensure you follow the guidelines below:
Your submissions should be spellchecked and proof read. The races and variant classes should be clear, concise and easy to read. They need to follow the SRD formats. The submission itself should be in a word document or RTF format, 1 space between sentences and 1 line space deep, normal style, Times New Roman and 10 point font size except for titles and bold print which is 11 point font size.
Send your submissions via attachment to picesman20@hotmail.com - In the subject line write Submission.
Good luck
