Black text editing backgrounds

I know I always seem to be the one to whine about the default look but... I'm finding the new black backgrounds for text fields kinda problematic. My cursor becomes basically black on black, making it really difficult to see. I'm using Safari on a Mac, so maybe it's just me, but, ouch. :\

I'd love to see good ol', eye-friendly black text on white. Granted, I could just switch to the Stealth theme; I'm just sayin'.

Hm. Can you adjust the color of your cursor?
Not within Safari as-is, no.

Hmm... Cursor is white in Firefox and IE, so I guess it must just be a Safari thing. Probably should have checked that before posting. Oh, well. I'll live. Stealth it is! :)

I'm guessing that it's a error in the CSS implementation of Safari. I wish I could make toggles easily for the CSS elements, but doing that would require some major sections of additional code. Maybe after the the reviews site.

FWIW I much prefer writing black text into white boxes, I'm disappointed that the change was made to make it white on black.
I'm the opposite way. I don't particularly like writing black text into white boxes. :)

Hence my dilemna. Y'know, that wouldn't be a bad Community supporter feature - User definable color set. That's a major functionality change though.
