BoED, page 35, last paragraph on the left, explains that ravages work mechanically like poisons, and deal the damage listed on the table above "plus it's charisma bonus."
My question is, plus what's charisma bonus? The affected creature? So that an evil creature would take more damage the more charismatic it is? Plus the attacker's charisma bonus? Even when the ravage is purchased? Whose charisma bonus is used to determine the extra damage from a ravage?
